PV and Energy System Compatibility
The station reads grid power, and where available battery power and state of charge, from one external device. That reading drives ECO and ECO+ solar charging, the mains fuse protection and peak shaving. The device is selected with the Mains type field under Configuration → Mains options; the tables below list every selectable type, what it connects to and what it needs.
Reflects firmware 2.4.x with mains daemon 1.0.14, as of September 2026. Types that appear in the list only on newer firmware are marked.
Status levels
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Supported | Standard integration, in regular use in customer installations. eCharge support assists with commissioning. |
| Available | Selectable and working in installations we know of, but with the restrictions listed and a small installed base. Support on a best-effort basis. |
The direction is always the same: the station reads values from the device. None of the integrations below let the inverter or energy manager control the station. For that, use the Modbus TCP interface or the REST API of the station.

eCharge devices
| System | Mains type | Connection | Enter in station |
|---|---|---|---|
| eCB1-LR energy meter | eCharge eCB1-LR | HTTP | IP of the eCB1 |
| Another eCharge station (its grid values) | eCharge Salia PLCC | HTTP | IP of that station |
| Load management across several stations | Salia Loadmanagement | Load management daemon | master on the master, the master's IP on slaves; licence key; load management configuration |
| Sum of several eCharge meters | Salia Summation | Summation daemon | Summation configuration |
Salia Loadmanagement and Salia Summation are not meter integrations in
the sense of this page; they belong to the load management setup. Salia Loadmanagement needs a
valid licence key.
Requirements, station configuration and known limits per system are on the linked pages. Click the system name in the table above.
Getting help
If a device is not listed, or a listed one does not deliver values, contact eCharge support with the station's serial number and firmware version, the Mains type in use, the model and firmware of the inverter or meter, and whether the values are missing entirely or only look wrong.
