# RCT Power

Part of the [compatibility overview](/integrations/compatibility), which lists every selectable Mains type.

* Proprietary RCT protocol on TCP port 8899; no Modbus setup is required on
  the inverter.
* Phase currents are not measured but calculated from power and voltage, so
  the per-phase fuse protection works with approximate values.
* Brief communication errors are bridged with the last valid values; the
  station only falls back to 0 W after several consecutive failures.
